RETURNS

If you are not completely in love with your selection, we will gladly issue a full refund to the original tender, store credit, or exchange (equal or lesser value or difference must be paid). Merchandise must be in new condition with original tags attached and cannot be used, worn, washed, or altered. Any returns after 90 days of the delivery date will be handled on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy.

If your return rate is more than 75% in a 12-month period you may be subject to a modified return policy. We will contact you if you are subject to the modified policy.

All returns are to be shipped back, with the original invoice to:

For your convenience, a return label can be sent per your request for any merchandise that was not to your satisfaction. The return shipping fee of $14.95 will be deducted from your total return or exchange. Return shipping labels are valid for 2 weeks from issue date.

The return total will be credited back to the original method of payment used during checkout. Upon reaching our headquarters, please allow up to 3 business days to process your refund. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.

FINE JEWELRY

Fine jewelry can be returned, unworn, with original tags and original packaging for a full refund for up to 14 days. Engraved, personalized, sized, special ordered, or made-to-order jewelry are final sale.

SHOES

Shoes must be returned with the original box, unaltered or damaged.

INTIMATES & SOCKS

All intimates and socks are final sale.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

All items in the sale collection and special orders are final sale. Purchases made with store credit are final sale.

PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES

All promotional items or orders with a discount code are only eligible for store credit or exchange. Discounts not applicable retroactively.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Ambiance is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.

INTERNATIONAL POLICY

All sales final. At this time, we are unable to accommodate returns on international orders. All orders are shipped requiring direct signature upon delivery. All import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility. The buyer assumes full liability for the package as soon as it is handed to the courier service. If the package is refused or returned undeliverable, no refund or credit will be issued by Ambiance.
