What is your shipping policy?

All orders over $500 require direct signature upon delivery.

Should you request delivery without signature, you assume full liability for the package as soon as it is handed to the courier service.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. If package is refused or returned un-deliverable, all round-trip shipping costs will be deducted from credit or refund.

Orders $300 and over receive free shipping. All orders under $300 require standard shipping fees. Options for Pick-Up apply for Paso Robles and SLO locations, we will send an email to notify you when your order is ready for pick up in store.

Orders received before 12pm PST Monday - Friday will be shipped out same day. Orders received after 12pm PST on weekdays or during the weekend and holidays will not be shipped until the following business day.

What is your return & exchange policy?

Returns & Exchanges:

We must receive the item (undamaged) from the shopper before shipping out the replacement. Please note that the return shipping fee of $14.95 will be deducted from your total return. This only applies to standard returns. Exchanges and returns for store credit will not include the $14.95 shipping fee. To begin a return or exchange, please go to our Return Portal or email info@shopambiance.com

INTERNATIONAL POLICY

All orders are shipped requiring direct signature upon delivery.

At this time, we are unable to accommodate returns on international orders. All sales are final.

All import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

Buyer assumes full liability for the package as soon as it is handed to the courier service.

If package is refused or returned un-deliverable, no refund or credit will be issued by Ambiance.
