Shipping & ReturnsAll SALE ITEMS are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. Shipping Policy: All shipping is done via UPS. The cost of shipping is dependent on the value of your purchase. We require signatures for all deliveries. Please reference the chart below for the cost and and the type of service. You can choose ground (usually 5-7 business days if the article is in stock please note it may be longer we cannot control UPS) or Express which is usually 2-3 business days if the article is in stock). At the present time we are only shipping to the continental US (50 States). UPS does not ship on Saturdays. Please note UPS makes 3 attempts to deliver a package on the third attempt the package is returned to Ambiance Inc. In the event of undeliverable the purchaser is responsible for the shipping costs to and from the delivery address and we will receive a credit for the returned goods. Please note items may be out of stock and we will make every attempt to contact customer in the event of out of stock inventory. Please note we cannot ship to PO boxes- the delivery address must be a street address- deliveries to PO boxes will be cancelled.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: Ambiance Inc. prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Ambiance Inc. allows you to return the unused item in its original condition within ten days and we will provide you with store credit, less shipping costs- please note customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanged items. Please note all returns must be sent via UPS or registered mail as we need a signature. Please note that jewelry and special custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Items purchased in the store cannot be returned via the internet. PLEASE NOTE THAT REFUNDS ARE NOT PERMITTED. Cancellations of orders and out of Stock Items: You may cancel your order via telephone, fax or email up to the time the order is shipped. If the order has been shipped you cannot cancel the order, but must return it for a store credit. You are responsible for shipping costs to and from. Shopambiance may cancel your order or part of your order if the item is sold out and no longer available- in most instances we will contact you via telephone or email to discuss your order.
